lol well basically yogurt with some fruit and granola.. probably around 150-200 cals if its a small serving of it . you def wouldnt gain weight from that if u fit it into ur daily allowance of cals

starbucks has an amazing one made with low fat yogurt for 320 cals. (it's HUGE though, and ridiculously filling) CC gave it an A, if you track grades.

I looked up at McDonald website and it said 130 cal without the granola and 160 with the granola. And I mean...it was really good but if I can choose I would rather make one by myself...using a nice organic natural yogurt with some burries on the top....but that is just my idea.

I would be careful about those parfaits because they have them at my school too and they are with lowfat yogurt but the granola adds a lot of calories.  Our dining website has a nutrition facts page and I know that the parfaits are about 530 calories mainly because of the granola.  So just be careful! Look on your dining website to see if they have a nutrition facts break down :)

p.s. Noah's bagels also has a good one that is below 200 calories :)

I would buy my low fat granola and make the parfait myself:)) you don't know how many cals in those...

yes I know exactly what you are talking about. . .I make them, buying plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola. . .they are scrumptous!!! Enjoy!!!

Depending on what you make it with it shouldn't be more than 320 calories. . .go for low fat everything, and it should be o.k.

i had the exact same question. i really like the parfait we get at the cafe in my University....they look like the best choice out of those huge sandwitches, bagels, donuts and scones. Whenever I have one of those I make it my whole lunch with a coffee and figure it is ok.

Could you believe I mailed the cafe company 'espresso royale' earlier today asking them for the nutritional info...I'll let you know if I hear back from them. We have these big cups too. I guesstimate it to be 350 - 400 cal. {fingers crossed its not more than that.}
