great low-calorie breakfast/lunch idea
so I just had this for dinner because there wasn't much to eat, but i'm going to have it again for breakfast tomorrow because it's really delicious and low-calorie
it's a cheese, egg and bacon sandwich but it's under 300 calories
-2 pieces of pepridge farm light wheat bread (90 calories)
-1 slice of tofu cheese (40 calories)
-1 egg scrambled with no-calorie cooking spray (70 calories)
-3 pieces of pre-cooked bacon (60 calories)
toast the cheese on the bread and put it all together and it's a delcious egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich for 260 calories. or if you only use 2 slices of bacon, 240 calories!
with a medium sized orange, that's 300 calories for a balanced breakfast.
