Throw some broccoli slaw into a bowl

 

Add some cooked shrimp (I buy big bags of cooked frozen shrimp from Costco)

 

Toss with Newman's Light Sesame Ginger salad dressing

 

OMG!!!!

 

Depending on the quantity of shrimp and dressing you use, this can easilly come in right around 200 calories and it's a super duper tasty dish!

It's even better if you dress it and let it soak in for a while before eating .... wish I'd doubled the broccoli slaw in mine for lunch becuase I am dying for more!

what's broccoli slaw?

Broccoli slaw is in the produce section near the baged lettuce and bagged cole slaw.  It's shred of broccoli stems, carrots, and cabbage.  Sort of like cole slaw but broccoli instead of cabbage - and so its a lot crispier nad crunchier.

 

I also use broccoli slaw for a quick n easy stir fry
