A great meal !!!! Experiment success : )
I love it when finally an experiment comes together well ! I know I sound dorky, but I am proud !
I pretty much based it off of this : http://www.calorie-count.com/recipe/89448.htm l
8 cheese ravioli (135 cal)
1/2 cup sugar snap peas (29 cal)
1/4 cup sliced zucchini (30 cal)
1 teaspoon or pat of butter (35 cal)
1/2 tablespoon Spice Market Garlic
2 tablespoon Ken's Balsamic Vingarette Dressing (50 cal)
A Small Handful walnuts (75 cal)
Roughed out the calories at 350.
Boil the ravioli. Remove and reserve in dish.
Steam snap peas and zucchini. Remove and reserve to another dish.
In same pot, remove from heat. Melt the butter, garlic and add the balsamic vinagerette dressing. Mix in the walnuts. Add back the veggies and then ravioli. Mix it all together and serve and enjoy.
Very tasty warm. I think it would be a great summertime meal once it's all "chilled".
