Great Meal Plans for anybody!
I was looking around online for a meal plan that I could use as a guide to help me make healthy choices as well as find new healthy recipes and I came across this site:

It is a compilation of different plans from Chatelaine and includes weight loss plans, detox plans and even immunity boosting plans. I know that dieting is not the right way to go about losing weight and that it has to be a lifestyle change but I think that by mixing and matching a lot of the plans on here it might be easier to come up with your own customized plan to follow. Since I am just starting out and as a heavy drinker and smoker trying to stay on the wagon, I think that I am going to try out the detox plan first and then move on to the immunity boosting plan since winter is comming. My hope is that eventually I will be armed with the tools I need to not have to follow one of these and have making healthy choices come naturally one day!
