Fell on this site by accident, was looking to count calories in foods only. This site is helping me MUCH MUCH more than I thought it would. I am on it most of my day, watching my calories burn , and add ! :-( .....
I Get to see my food intake per meals, and suggests me healthier foods without exageration of JUST SALAD meals, and also to add my daily activities to see approx. calories burned.
As I have been diagnosed recently as a diabetic, the need for this site is great. Free of charge is what it needs to be to help ALL people who cannot afford programs.
Thank You Calorie Count, for being there to help save my life.
