WHAT A GREAT TREAT! Not..
Diet coke and Trident gum make a NASTY mix of chemicals and bloat u to high heaven, dispite being the grand total of 10 cals for it all. So, dont do it lol> cuz it IS REALY UNCOMFY!! haha
just a warning to others out there, it does get rid of hunger..only to be replaced by bloating :D teach me to try and have a small low cal 'treat!'
anyone thought they had a bright idea for low, low cal unhealthy snacks that just went so wrong they wish they had eaten the fullfat/realy naughty stuff instead?

sometimes I'll crave a cookie and reach for celery or something instead.. I know it's probably the smart thing to do, but in any case I always overdo it on the celery or whatever, still without having had my craving satisfied. I'll usually go for the cookie after that anyway. haha
bump!
Just to point this out, people don't take soda seriously enough. They look that it has 5 calories, and automatically think it's "not that much." However, the really "bad" thing about soda is the sodium. (Soda=Sodium? :D) It's really not healthy to drink a lot. It's better to stick with water
I would hardly consider 50 mg of sodium high, unless you have more than one or two a day. Besides, everyone is different when it comes to sodium intake...if you don't have high blood pressure, it isn't as much of a concern. Water is best, but just pointing out that sodium in pop isn't the problem (would be more concerned with the chemicals than anything)
fat free cheese - revolting! I had to throw it out.
