Recipe Ingredients for Green Beans and Mushrooms

1 pound fresh green beans
8 oz. mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Green Beans and Mushrooms

Wash mushrooms. Slice mushrooms. Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add mushrooms. Fry until juice begins to seperate from mushrooms. Add soy sauce. Add green beans and 1 cup of water. Cook over HIGH heat for 15 minutes after mixture comes to a boil.
