green tea supplements
I have for over the last three years (MegaT) and just started using a one-a-day vitamin with ECGC in it. It really does not change what you need to do (calories in/out) but it does help me with some cravings, seems to kick me in gear and does not make me feel all 'buzzy', and I feel better for using it. It is the ONLY supplement I have found that does what it is advertised to do.
Be careful though, I have had some friends who have used it and have been sensitive to the effects. Start light and move up if you have to...
I've lost over 100 pounds in that time and have about 61 to go.

Does it work to do what? When I used to go to this other forum there was a weight loss section and they were saying that green tea makes you absorb less of the fat from your meals, so if I remember to I'll take some when I'm eating things like pizza.
coasterqueen - I think it's about 2-3 cups equals a capsule.
Hi, I tried green tea capsules and they helped me lose the feeling of hunger and anxiety. So I guess they only help you keep your diet, not lose weight.
I take them for their antioxidant properties. I don't really notice much of a difference overall, except for the caffeine.
I take SunTheanine maybe once a week when Im feelin a little bit of anxiety coming on.. It really does help and calm me...
