Does anyone do the Body Flex breathing /isometric routine by Greer Childers ? I have had the vhs tape set for awhile but just vowed to try to do it maybe 5-6 days per week for at least 6 weeks. Ihave already reaped rewards frome the breathing part--I just feel better and sleep better at night. I may try to find (used) the bar thing she has been advertising lately (on an infomercial) . I would be happy if I could just lose a cpl. of inches from my waist ! -- My worst area for shedding flab. I also checked her bk. out of the library to try to understand whether it has a sound basis or not.
