Well as you guessed i am new here, started yesterday...
I am 1m64and 65kg. French girl who never lived in france due to parents employment, currently living and working in cambodia and always had a weight problem.
Well i guess that sums it up a bit =).
My weight aim is 55kg, i used to be overweight when i was 15 until my dad and i made a deal where i had to do 45 minutes (300kcal) on the home bicycle and he would have to stop smoking for a month. He used to come home and reset the bicycle every night.. That month i lost 13 kg, i lost my hair as i didnt have enough nutrients, i used to have a huge bunch of curly hair and saw myself loosing my hair a lot during that month and even afterwards.. so to all that want to lose weight very fast it is possible but health wise not good.. Anyway, after that i was very athletic everyday i did at least 3 hours of exercise... once school was over, well it was university in switzerland.. weight came back very fast.. in 3 years i gained 10 kg... I have since 3 years managed to loose 7kg but my biggest problem is i tend to yoyo a lot..
Being in cambodia i king of lost apetite, if a magic pill would exist where you wouldnt have to figure out what to eat and cook it that would be assome.. thus i tend to eat very little or skip meals (i know its not good).
I have been recently trying to gain back a normal way of eating, making sure im getting all food groups in.. and going back to exercise but to be honest i feel myself Lazy, yes i am, i work from 7am to 9pm or 10pm all day at the hotel with only lunch break, when i feel like it i will go for an hour exercise at the fitness of the hotel.. but it gets boring to exercise alone..
I want my old self back, an active, happy, laughing person which i used to be.. now i feel i am taking everything too seriously..
I have high trigliceride level (family gift apparently), i dont eat a lot, i dont eat greasy food or butter, no alcohol (i take coca cola instead)... i need help on finding my way... i know how to loose weight fast as before but i want to be healthy..
I am sorry if i ratled on and on.. but feels actually good to post this and realise how the current life is ..
