Greetings from Greece!

Hi!I am new here, i found this site by luck and i thought it is a great opportunity for me to start loosing weight. I am 23 years-old, 1.54 height and 75 kg and i have a friend coming from U.S.A to meet me in about 2weeks...Thats the first time we will actually see each other and i want to look my best!I hope he won't be dissapointed by the way my body looks...Is anyone from Greece here???

If someone could motivate me or give any advice cz i need to loose weight fast, that could be great.

I'm not from Greece, and I've never visted there, but I'm following the Mediterannean Diet, from the About.com, which is based on Greek cuisine.  I bet you can find all the great foods that are included where you live.

Nope not from Greece, But from somehwere close...Israel.  Although Im currently in America.  I've been wanting to go to greece since I was 12, Awesome that you live there.  Ever been to Israel?  A lot of Israelis go to Greece as well.
