Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts (ADA)

1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp orange peel
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ginger root, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (6168)
1/2 tsp fresh oregano, minced
16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved, cooked per recipe, net from 1 1/2 lb fresh (5064)

Recipe Directions for Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts (ADA)

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refriegerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

  2. Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
