Grilled Cheese
| 2 | tbsp Margarine |
| 2 | slices bread, white |
| 1 | slice american cheese |
- Butter one side of each piece of bread.
- Place one slice, butter side down on hot skillet.
- Place cheese on non buttered side of the slice.
- Place 2nd slice of bread, butter side up, on top of cheese to make a sandwich.
- Grill until toasted, flip and then grill other side.
