This is the perfect spice rub for grilling chicken breasts. I usually grill a bunch of these and store them to be used when I need them for chicken tacos, chicken alfredo, chicken wraps, chicken quesadillas, chicken salad.... The list goes on and on. These go with anything. If you want to cut down on the fat, use one tbsp of olive and spray your grill with non-stick cooking spray.

Recipe Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Breast

10 oz chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Grilled Chicken Breast

Put olive oil in a medium bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle with spice rub until all pieces are fully seasoned. Grill chicken for about 6-9 minutes on each side, depending on size and thickness of chicken.
