Hi, can anyone give me suggestions on how to grill chicken breasts on a gas grill and have it come out low-cal, but moist?
Thanks, Betty

Marinate them for an hour or two prior to grilling. Any marinade will do. In the bottled ones, I like the lime tequila mixture, I think it's from McCormick. A nice home made one is white wine, lemon zest and juice, crushed garlic, dijon mustard and a touch of honey to help them get golden brown.
After marinating, pat dry and slap on a very hot grill. Sear both sides, then let it cook just until the center of the meat is white. Don't over cook them.
