75 grams squid (cleaned)
15 grams garlic
10 grams red pepper (or the tiny asian chilis if you can find them)
3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Grilled squid

  1. Clean the squids, and grill them over red coals.

  2. Chop up garlic, add crushed red chili (the spicy dried kind) and lemon juice. You can add some pounded coriander root for tang.
