grocery store barrel pickles

Does anyone remember the grocery store barrel pickles?

what is a good substitute with a similar taste?

the kosher dills just doesn't do it for me.

There's deli near me that has regular and spicy kosher pickles in a barrel. Yum!

Like rufus said, try a deli. They're almost always there.

I've also seen corner stores (7-11, AmPm) that sell them individually in little plastic bags.
