Have groin injury & need help w/ab workout
I have injured my soaz muscle (near the groin) so anything to do w/crunches or reverse crunches are out for me. I used to tear up leg raises but now I can barely stand it. It is healing slowly & I'm stretching it daily & I have been advised by my chiropractor that I can maintain my normal day to day activities which include lifting 3 days a week & playing basketball 3 hours a week. I dont want to lose the muscles & strength in my core area but i find my self limited to knealing rope crunches & hip thrusts & thats about it. Any suggestions?
