Gross but curious - metabolism question

Soooo, here it is, does the frequency of your poops determine the pace of your matabolism? I'm just curious because lately I've been going a lot in the morning (once before breakfast, once or twice after). They are all healthy, not the result of an upset tummy. I was just wondering if this was the effect of my metabolism getting started at a fast pace for the day...cuz it seems like a lot.

 

Any answers would be appreciated!!

i think its more about fiber and water content than metabolism.

I also think it has to do more with what you are drinking and eating.  After a couple of weeks on CC I starting #2ing twice a day.
