gross question.. but how often do you poo?

im just asking out of curiosity. myself i go once a day or once every two days. i think im not fully regular cuz im not drinking enough water. im eating between 30-40 grams of fibre a day

what about you guys. how often do u go, n how much fibre are u eating?

I go between once and three times a day. There have been times where I go a day without, but rarely. I eat between 25 and 50 grams of fiber a day.
I FINALLY go everyday :)

during my really terrible E.D. times I went like once a WEEK---HOW HORRIBLE IS THAT?
but yeah----everyday now--and it's WONDERFUL! :)
kiksgal-what makes you think you're not regular? once a day seems regular to me...that's normally how much I go too. Hey, did anybody see the episode on Oprah where Dr. Oz was talking about poop?...he said C or S-shaped poops were optimal, hehe

usually 3-4 times daily.... I am the fiber queen and I will eat beans instead of eating meat most days.....

I get the RDA of fiber and sometimes then some

 

 I am not vegi but if I was told that I had to be... I could easily transition

im not that irregular, just a little bit, but sometimes it will skip a day. as said, i just think this is due to not drinking enough water which im working on :)

No it is normal not loose.... and I eat lots of fiber.... no soda... only two cups of coffee before 10 am... the rest of the day is water

I go EVERYDAY like clockwork, as long as I eat my oatmeal and stoneground toast for breakfast.

In the beginning of my diet I went 3 times a day! LOL.  I have also noticed that if I exercise regularly the pipes do too! Laughing

before i started losing weight, i only went once a week and it was so hard i would bleedYell i didn't know what i was doing wrong. after starting the new way of eating, i started eating oatmeal with 1/2 cup of applesause for breakfast every day and i started eating a salad with my lunch every day. after work, i eat an apple or pear on the way home to hold off the hungries before dinner. since then, i go once a dayLaughing

the difference i learned with that i was eating almost all carbs and hardly any fiber. now i am balanced and regular. thank you for teaching me! i will never go back to that way of eating!

When I have oatmeal for breakfast, I'll go 6 days out of the week.  When I don't have oatmeal for breakfast, I'll go 3 days out of the week.

When I'm under stress, which I have been since I moved, I go maybe once a week or less.  I have yet to go and I've been living in this house for more than a week.  But with my insane change in diet, it's kind of expected.  I've had this happen before and am due to drop a doody within the next day or two.

When I drink a lot of coffee, I go once after every pot.  Don't ask me how, I just manage to do so.

It should be at LEAST once a day... if you're eating a lot of fiber, maybe even more.
i get big poops once a day almost always the same time or not at all.  probably i don't poop maybe once or twice a week.  it always bugs me on those days. i do eat a lot of fiber and drink water water water too.
Most of the time I go once a day, however going for two or three days without a bm isn't unusual for me either.

I have never gone everyday my whole life. Whether I eat good or eat poorly, I still only go about once every 2-3 days. I eat 30 grams of fiber a day (sometimes way more). I drink water all day long. This is my "regular".

25 on most days and sometimes as much as 40- 50 if I replace the meat with beans and nuts.....

I grew up eating home grown vegis and I love them..... so for me it is easy to replace junk with good yummy food.... it just takes more work...

You should eat enough fiber and drink enough water to make sure that it is not hard and not loose.....

It can cause fissures and tears in the rectum...
