| 1 | lb. ground turkey, |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. pepper |
| 1 | tsp. thyme |
| 1/4 | tsp. ginger |
| 1 | head cabbage, small |
| 2 | carrots, large |
| 1 | onion, medium |
| 4 | red potatoes, medium |
- Mix turkey, salt, pepper, thyme and ginger together in bowl. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Chop cabbage and add to turkey mix. Add 1/2 cup water and cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile chop carrots, onion and red potatoes into uniform size. Add to cabbage mixture and simmer for another 20 minutes. Add more water if necessary.
