Group Friday weigh in - Target December 4th
Ok lets try this again. Time to get serious! Starting today, I'm going to weigh in every friday until December 4th, in hopes of motivating myself to loose 10 pounds. By my calculations, thats only 1 pound a week, so I think I can do it!

I'm short....at 5 ft I think between 118 and 120 is a good weight for me.

I'm in for this!! Fantastic. I need to get BACK on the wagon. Have been night-time eating, sugar bingeing.. the whole 9 yards and I KNOW that if I don't CHOOSE to do these things, I will lose these pesky pounds!

can't wait to tell you i lose 5 lb in 2 weeks i feel great i drop 1 size in 2 weeks. i am joint Medical weight loss in Dr. office. with weekly meeting. i got much information and i just follow step by step. it's not hard at all. my Dr. told me it's not lbs it's size and measurement of your body. i am not too heavy but i like to get in shape and fit in my nice cloths. i am so excited about this program. i love give more information who's looking for help to reduce fat and BMI.
I'd like to jump in on this if you ladies don't mind! I've been gaining and losing the same stinkin' 8 lbs for longer than I care to admit. My issue is also late night fat/sugar kitchen raids!!

I just want to know what are all of you doing to stay motivated through your weight loss journey? It will be great info we all can share. One thing I do to keep myself motivated to lose the baby weight I still carry is to set small rewards for every two pounds I lose. Well, I hope to hear from you.

You asked a while ago about snacks. Here's some of the snacks I have, and I find that my hungry times are very specific: 10:30am and 3:30pm. If I keep my snacks to those times, I stay on track really well. All of these are 100 calories or very close to that.
1c. or 1 small piece of any kind of fresh fruit
1X Quaker 100 calorie snack pack
20 almonds
3c. light (no butter) microwave popcorn (I like Jolly Time Light & White)
An apple and 1 low-fat string cheese
5 Hershey Kisses (dark)
Fruit smoothie made with frozen berries and 1c. skim milk
1 X 100 cal. Slim a Bear fudge ice cream bar (this is my fave treat!)![]()

That's awesome! The same goal weight! We can do it! I had to come up with a number for the Dec. 4 deadline, because I know I can't get to my actual goal by then. But 149 by Dec. 4 would be awesome! I know it will start getting tough around the holidays, but we can do it!!
