Group Friday weigh in - Target December 4th
Ok lets try this again. Time to get serious! Starting today, I'm going to weigh in every friday until December 4th, in hopes of motivating myself to loose 10 pounds. By my calculations, thats only 1 pound a week, so I think I can do it!

I go to the gym pretty often, but lately I have NO willpower to stop myself from snacking on crisps and cookies. Hopefully this group will keep me motivated! Good luck all

Yeah i kinda lost track.. majorly.. was pretending to myself that i wasnt on a diet and kept binging every time i thought of cutting down on food!! hate that thought process! well, im starting again. This time it will happen! completely remotivated :)

I cheated and did not report my weight of 149 on Friday because I knew it wasn't real. Cooking Club the night before and was very bloaty after that. Birthday and Holloween done so now a few more weeks of dedication before Thanksgiving.

I am competing in a Biggest Loser competition and I need more accountability than that weekly weigh in. The competition ends Dec 18 and my goal for that was 138 however my weight loss has been slow. I will set 143 as my goal for Dec 4.

Completely depressed/ starting tracking calories and realized I was eating way too little. Bumped it up and started going to the gym and am up 1.75 lbs. I KNOW this is my bloat week but still, I had hoped to maintain at least. Next week is a new week.

me too I definitely got to get with it I'm such a procrastinator I'll support you and
motivate you and you can do the same to me I need that too. I am afraid to get
back on the scale last week I weighed 153 I want to be 140 or 135. I'm still
unsure what weight I need to be I'm 5'5. And I think Friday's will be great for me
to tell you all my weigh in since Friday I have no school. I'm a college student too
I plan on graduating this December I want to be healthy and look my best. Please
