Okay so I'm pissed. But its my own fault. I still gained from all this dairy I've been eating. Its like an addiction I tell you.

That 7 makes me want to kill things. Yes. I technically haven't walked in weeks, been drinking soda like crazy, and I've been eating crap all week, and feeling like crap doing it too. I've only eaten a hot pocket today, and its 5pm, and I don't know if its from being sick or what, but I'm not hungry. I might eat something later, but I need to get back on track with losing weight. I just want to see that 139 on the scale to be honest with you. Anything in the 130's would be amazing. I could  be at 139.9 and I'd be happy! Here goes nothing again!

OK so explain this one........I was stuck for a while around 159...which was up from 157....Last week I was ready to give up...I KINDA counted my calories...I think I walked and worked out ONE day..I was just totally frustated with working my ass off and being stuck..SO this weekend, I am at a motorcycle course class from 7AM-5PM both days...I HAD to eat fast food or starve...Saturday morning my scale said 160 :( I told myself a week off was enough tired of already feeling frumpy and lazy...Monday fresh new start right??? Well I get on my scale this morning..156.5 what the hell???? I though maybe I was bloated, having my PMSing symptoms I get (no period cuz of b-control) Maybe I should eat like crap every weekend..LOL

I am happy again but hate the up and down numbers....

I hope everyone had a good weekend.....

123 even..ahhh iv been slacking sooo much, i havent really lost anything beyond last week but at least i havent gained!...i really need to get back on track! having a hard time motivating myself to work out

a whole weekend of drinking and eatin off the bbq! 178.4 as of this morning, which is exactly the same as last monday (my own weigh-ins are on monday)...so at least I didn't GAIN...but I'm still up from the 177.6 which was friday's weigh-in...blah! have lost some motivation...will try to get back to the gym at least 3x this week, so everyone hold me accountable for friday! goal is to be back to that 177.6 by friday :) hope everyone had a good weekend!

I haven't worked out in a week, just watched what I ate, but managed to drop down from the 148 i'd gone back up to the week prior, which is cool. Trying to get back in the workout groove, so I should get over this darn plateau and tone up- I'm dying to break 144!

Congrats to you guys who are shaking off the pounds, please continue to share what works for you guys. To those of you stuck or who saw increases, keep with it!

LAST night I broke down and had Pink Berry. Hey it isn't 90 calories like they tell you. What?  Any way how many salads and egg whites can one eat!?

SW:124 at the group start.  but then my scale was all over the place. it went up and down 2 pounds in one day, 126 then to 124. Oh, Actually My starting weight when I was at my heaviest in Oct. was 138. so I have really lost almost 20 pounds which I can't believe. But it has taken me months and months.

Today I am PMSing and retaining water weight and the scale says 121. Hey I'll take it.

Next Friday is the 4th and I leave for the British Virgin Islands for my sailing trip. If I break 120 I will be SO Frigging happy.

Can anyone relate? I feel like it is taking me so long to loose these 20 pounds. I don't understand how other people can loose 10 pounds in a month! I know I am building mussel as I can see them, but my patience sometimes runs thin. To loose my last 5 pounds may take another month!

well im actually a breastfeeding mom (weighed 170 7 months ago) but i cant seem to find anyone thats breastfeeding that only has 5-10 pounds to lose :(

i seem to have bad days once a week were i eat wayy to much and end up going up a pound.. i just really need to not do that!! i could probly reach my goal of 120 by july if i just quit messing up :)

I can totally empathize with everyone who is having a wierd/blah week!
I just want to put it out there that I’ve had kind of a rough week cc wise…I just got to a point last night where I was just feeling really frustrated and irritated that I have to count calories to make a damn difference in my body. Of course, then I went shopping on an empty stomach, and loaded up my shopping basket with cheetos, cheese and crackers, bacon egg & cheese toaster strudels, and skinny cows. I then proceeded to go home and munch out on all of the above mentioned junk…plus a cookie and fudgsicle pop. OF COURSE it didn’t make me feel any better, it made me feel quite blah actually, and the food just didn’t taste as good as I remember it to (good thing?)…and I’m kinda back on the wagon this morning, but thought I’d share. Anyways, I’m up this week from last week, which is really not surprising…sigh…BUT I’m only 1.6lb away from the 10lb goal next Friday…which gives me hope… SW for this group 187 Weight last Friday: 177.6 CW: 178.6 So I’m up a pound…blah, this is my first week gaining, and so close to the end too! Hopefully I’m going to start biking to work next week, so that should have an effect. Hope everyone else’s week was better than mine!

Joghar: dont feel bad, we all have our weak moments..You just cant eat that way all the time...Good thing it wasn't as yummy as before huh...I felt tha way about something I ate that was sooo bad...it was not as good and made even my skin feel icky...You will reach your 1.6pnds by next week. Throw out the cheetos!!!!!!!

Congratualtions to those who are succeeding. It can be frusrating but worth it...

amberwolg, you rock. that is awesome. I am so impressed girl. It is taking me forever to lose this weight. I am lucky if I lose a pound a week. I really think I am not losing because of the mussel i am gaining. My stomach is 100% better then when I started this group. did you gain mussel? Did your body fat go down? I was 28% Bfat and I am getting checked on Friday. Friday the 4th is my DATE. hey how was the Not Drinking? Did you feel it helped?
