Group for teens that want to lose 20+ lbs by Summer
So I really need to get on the stick. I lost 15 pounds from february, but gained all of it back this summer when I totally binged. I'm really mad at myself and need to lose a lot of weight before I go on a cruise with my family and wear a bikini and stuff, y a know?
So, for teens who actually need to lose weight, we can support each other while we're dealing with school and life and trying to lose weight and still maintain our good grades.
So post your stats and we'll introduce outselves and support each other on this super hard journey.

Little Goals:
-Complete c25k
-actually start c25k
-stop binging
-log everything I eat

Goal: 120-125lbs by October... If I get to 135 by August - that would be great
Other than that... as long as I don't gain anything back - I'm happy

OMG, perfect group for me. I was about to start one just like it!
Well I'm 16, I started my weight loss journey in June, and up until now I've lost about 17 pounds. I haven't even tried to lose more weight since like September. No diets, I don't even go to the gym much anymore. So I've been at 162-ish pounds for a while. And I really really really want to go down about 25 pounds by summer.

I'm spending my summer in Lebanon. I have pretty much all of my aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends there, so I really have to slim down when I see them. I haven't been there in 3 years, next summer will make it 4. And there are so many hot guys there that I have to look good for :D
I know I can do this. Maybe since I've been maintaining for a while, once I start counting calories again and exercising, the weight will come off quicker since it's a little new to my body again. This group will be great for all of us :)

i want to really tone up, i do loads of sport but i can run about a max of a mile, i'd luv to b able to do that easily without getting tired, i recon i should start going to the gym, coz there is one @ my tennis and squash club, so i have no excuses!! i just want to lose my fat and replace it with a little muscle, i'd luv to b able to maintain once i've lost, and i really need to improve my stanima, coz i'm startin to get out of breath after swimming for a hour(i neva used to) oh yer and i got a wii 4 chrimbo so lets start exercising!!

- Thighs no touchy by my birthday! They're only a fraction of an inch off as is. My legs are weird. They're really fat, but they bend out a little so my thighs really shouldn't touch.
- Start swimming again! I quit cuz I thought I hated it...turns out I miss it a lot.
- Don't eat when I'm not hungry << my HUGE problem.

yay! I have a problem eating when I'm not hungry, too. I WOULD REALLY lOVE MY THIGHS NOT TO TOUCH. They piss me off.

I'm just relaxing and seeing my friends - taking some mini trips. Tomorrow I'm going skiing for the day with a couple friends - I've never done it before but I hear it's a killer work out. I'm going to the city for a day with my cousin. Just little stuff like that. I'm working out a lot and stuff - trying REALLY hard to lose over break!

I have to revise over the holidays =[ have exams in January! It's quite hard trying to revise and staying healthy, its easier to grab any junk and cram both both food and revision in my room! Any tips?

I weighed 121 at the start of December and weight 115 now. I used different scales though, so that might have something to do with it.... My therapist used electronic scales and I used the plain bathroom scales... so yeah, who knows?!
Ugh, I'm so dissapointed in myself today! I Have not lost anything, in fact, I have gained a pound. I really need to get my but into gear. Two weeks of vacation left to get down a couple of pounds and get my liscense!
