So I really need to get on the stick. I lost 15 pounds from february, but gained all of it back this summer when I totally binged. I'm really mad at myself and need to lose a lot of weight before I go on a cruise with my family and wear a bikini and stuff, y a know?

So, for teens who actually need to lose weight, we can support each other while we're dealing with school and life and trying to lose weight and still maintain our good grades.

So post your stats and we'll introduce outselves and support each other on this super hard journey.

hi guys, i hope you don't mind if i join

 

i'm also a freshman and im into my second semester now. my biggest fears are late night social outings (with food), free stuff (@@) and alcohol

 

my birthday is in the summer, it's may 12

 

i hope that this year, i can give myself a nice and slender body as a present

current weight--142 lbs

goal weight--124 lbs by MAY 12, 2009!

age--18

 

i plan to use calorie count and limit sugar (any simple carb/alcohol/sweet thing) and fat intake to get to my goal. i weigh myself everyday in order to stay on track.

Well ive just joined this group. im 18 and currently around 140lbs and 5ft3. Im in my second semester of my first year at univerity. Slowly sicne about 15 ive been putting on weight, when i was 15 i was around 20lbs lighter.

Im not aiming to get that low but id like to lose maybe 10. My problem is the university life is making my weight become an issue. There is a lot of alcohol and take-away food and not much exercise.

My boyfriend is bulking up before he goes back to playing rugby in the summer and i think now would be a good time for me to start trying to contoll my weight. My mum started her weight gain at around 16-17 and im showing the same patterns as her and putting on a little extra in the same places. I dont want to end up fighting with my weight and on fad diets all my life.

im relieved to see other teens in my situation, looking to lose a few extra lbs  but not in an unhealthy way.im quite curvy so the chance of me ever fitting into a size 8(US4) is pretty unrealistic. i just want rid of the belly!!

5'6" tall

181.8 pounds (down from 186.6)

I want to be 154 pounds (max healthy weight) by May 29th (prom).  That is 27.8 pounds in about 4 months.  I have to work my butt off, but I hope to be healthy by prom.

I wear a size 10 (us size 6) and i also want to get to size 8, i should have never got to size 10, i'm only 14 and some of my friends don't even fit into size 6 (us size 2) !!!

oh yer i'm now 10stone 11.5lbs (151.5lbs) Yay down from 11stone 3lbs (157lbs) thats from like the begining of january (i gave up @ christmas!!!)

hi everyone, i just found this group and i reaaally want to lost some weight.

i'm 16, 5'6", and i weight around 145. i dont really know what my ideal weight is, but i'm hoping to wear a bikini this summer and feel comfortable in it.

i'm so proud of myself, last week i had midterms and i didn't stress eat, except for a little bit on one day. but still, thats pretty damn good.(:

I figured this group may be more appropriate for me seeing as i am an almost 19 year old.


I lost 40lbs since March but during the months between november and now i've gained 10lbs of them back and jumped from a Uk size 6 to a very snug size 8 (eeek)

I am looking to drop that excess fat, i don't really care about the weight as long as i am healthy and firm :) I am currently 130 and looking to get back to my original 123lbs :))

i'm currently about 163.5... but i want to be 145.

I'm eating around 1500 calories today. but definitley under 1900 every day.

i'm trying to exercise at least 3 times a week, but with pledging for my professional business fraternity here at college.. it's difficult to balance exercise with homework, school, and pledging.

i don't want to be seen as the fat sister (my younger sister looks EXACTLY like me, and is so much more skinny then i am... )

I want to go against my italian obesity stereotype.

I've been 178. and it sucks.

I've been 133 back in 7th grade.

But now?

I want to be 145.

I don't want to be seen as a fat girlfriend, a fat sister, a fat ANYTHING.

i'm 14 turning 15 in May and a freshman in high school.

i'm 5'7 and currently weigh 174 pounds. my first goal is to get down to 160, then my final goal is 145.

i usually don't exercise much, but i'm going for a 2 mile run this morning with my friend and her mom. and my friend is making me join spring track with her so hopefully that'll help a lot!

other goals:

  • stick with spring track and not quit
  • eat a better lunch and dinner
  • start counting calories again instead of estimating
  • look good in a bathingsuit in summer
  • be able to run a mile in under 10 minutes
  • stop eating when i'm bored!

hey everyone, i didnt complete my diet plan :( stupid stress from school

but i lost 1lb,

im now 133. my weight keeps going between 131 and 133, still hoping to get to 130 very soon :@

my pills havent come through yet either, they were ment to take up to 2 weeks to come cus its from a different country, this will be the 3rd week i think, fingers crossed they dont take much longer (yn)
