Hi Everyone!  Glad to see so many people check in last Monday - hope there are lots of us again this week - it's really great motivation to read about how everyone else is doing. 

Goal weight: 130

Motivation: Lose that last bit of weight before starting to try for a baby!

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Do 3 runs from the "Couch to 5k" running program.  Show some restraint at dinner tonight (it's my birthday dinner but not my last meal ever, so 'enjoy but go easy'...) and make sensible choices for the rest of the week.

I want join! my goal is 52 kg..maybe like 115 pounds is it? I starting back today and this morning i checked with my new scales is 59 kg (yes!finally! after 3 years, I finally got MY OWN scale!!) and I'm really upset..To gain back all I lost in a short 5 months dampened my spirit..

Motivation : Graduation day in 2 months!

Food goal : Eat McDonald every day! Go for beef burger which cost 300 kcals.

Fitness goal : Do at least some sort of exercise.(just start back..perhaps slowly..)

I want to join as well. I have 7 lbs to lose by sept 26. Doesn’t seem impossible except for my self control on weekends and days I work two jobs is super low. I tend to binge on those days. So weigh ins will def help.

I'm in, I've plateaued recently and want to get back into losing, so maybe checking-in will help with that.

Motivation: Lose the weight that I put on over the 2 years I was at boarding school before I go travelling (on a gap year atm), and hopefully by my birthday (1st November)

I would love to weigh in! I was doing New Rules of Lifting for awhile and I gained about 10 pounds so I'd like to get back down.

Goal Weight: 135

Motivation: My goal is similar to yours Bec78! I want to feel like I'm where I want to be before I get pregnant so I don't just add to the problem!

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Work out at least 4 days and eat more protien, less sugar.

i'd love to join if it's not too late. i've gotten down to the nitty gritty of my goal and those last 10-15lbs are a battle (each and every day it seems). maybe forcing a weekly weigh in will help me fight the last bit. not to mention, the deadline is a few weeks before my return home.

Hello! I need to get back on track because my goal for the summer was to get fit, lose some weight, and feel great about starting college and meeting new people... well, I pretty much failed that and now I really need to start trying again before I lose control.

Goal weight: 110-115

Motivation: To look in a mirror and think, "I'd do me." :)

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Eat only when hungry; push-ups/sit-ups everyday; go for two runs before Saturday.

Hi everyone! Just joined back today, seems I've gotten off track and the pounds came back up. This seems like the perfect way to help get those last nagging pounds off that I've struggled with and support will definitely help from those going through the same thing. So count me in!

I'd love to join this, the goal time is perfect for me!  I have 5 kids but my youngest (3) I had at 39 and didn't loose the extra 10 pounds.  I then gained another 12due to health reasons.....so

This goal is perfect.  I would love to lose the weight I gained coming to college and fit back into my clothes without struggling to get into them!

Goal Weight: 120...I used to be 115 but this is a little more realistic

Motivation: Feel healthier, fitter, prettier, and have more energy like my old self.

Hi everyone! I am new to the group community, but not the food tracking logs. I'm also on a mission to the 15 punds off. I like the idea of being held accountable and checking in everyweek so I will try this avenue as well.
