Hi Everyone!  Glad to see so many people check in last Monday - hope there are lots of us again this week - it's really great motivation to read about how everyone else is doing. 

Goal weight: 130

Motivation: Lose that last bit of weight before starting to try for a baby!

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Do 3 runs from the "Couch to 5k" running program.  Show some restraint at dinner tonight (it's my birthday dinner but not my last meal ever, so 'enjoy but go easy'...) and make sensible choices for the rest of the week.

Goal weight: 139

Motivation: Lost 16 lbs from Jan-Apr.  Gained back 7lbs.  Get it back off before my birthday on 10/24

Food/Fitness goal for this week:  I averaged 1822 cal per day, and I maintained weight.   I cut my calories too low and cannot sustain 1400 cal per day.    I plan to shoot for 1600 cal per day this week.  /Play tennis 4-5 times per week.  Go to the gym for 1 hour 1 day this week.

Motivation: Feel good in my clothes again, not feel like I have a muffin top in the jeans that have always fit (until recently), feel attractive and not lumpy, all before my birthday on 10/27

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Go to the grocery store and buy real food, not packaged or junk.  Go to the gym or have at least two real work outs besides my Monday gym class and my bike ride to school.

I'm still on that plateau!  Although to be fair I have been pretty lapse with my eating.  I've stayed close to my calorie allowance, but by eating few bad things not lots of good things!

Goal weight: 105

Motivation: Lose the weight that I put on over the 2 years I was at boarding school before I go travelling (on a gap year atm), and hopefully by my birthday (1st November)

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Keep running, harder and faster.  Drink loads of water everyday.  Try and avoid snacking on junk.

Motivation: Loose the weight that I gained during pregnancy before my next birthday (10/13)!

Last week I did okay - No sweets goal was met but I didn't exercise three days (ugggg) having a six month old makes it so hard to find time to exercise. I just want to sleep instead :) I'm trying to exercise more rather than cutting a ton of calories since I am still breast feeding and need to make sure I eat enough to produce enough for the baby.

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Still no sweets - Cardo on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday.

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Food - No eating out, except on Thursday when I must, but find the best food choice and take home leftovers. No sweets!!! (Problem this last weekend). Exercise - Workout 6 times including body conditioning class tomorrow and zumba class on Thursday.

31/08: 150 (All my fault... might be a pound or two lower once yesterday's binge digests. Never happening again!) I have never been more disappointed in myself. I was on a great track until yesterday when I went CRAZY in the kitchen. All those cookies, licorise, and frozen yogurt made me feel no where close to as good as I felt on 8/24 weighing 145.

I was on holidays, and sort of overate for half the holiday, the other half was on target--didn't exercise except for walking a lot, building sand castles, etc. Not sure how I lost the weight, but I used a different scale today, which could be why. Hope it doesn't change when I get back home. :)

Food/Fitness goal for this week: stick to 1300-1400 calories, do cardio in the morning, bowflex in the evening, and go to bed early.

was a pretty decent week. i've started running (meaning jogging on a tredmill) again and have been keeping up on cardio. i didn't break out of my calorie limit BUT i did eat some pretty cruddy things the past few days.

Goal weight: 120-115

Motivation: going back home after a year over seas (military)

Food/Fitness goal for this week: run at least 3 days a week. NO JUNK FOOD (to include: doritos, pizza, fries, ect)

Hi everyone! I am new to the group community, but not the food tracking logs. I'm also on a mission to the 15 punds off. I like the idea of being held accountable and checking in everyweek so I will try this avenue as well.

HELLO!!

Well i have been in a weight loss group on here for about 2 months now but that group is over so i need a new group to keep me motivated! I am currently deployed to Iraq and my husband is in Afghanistan so i want to be SUPER hot by the time we get home!! I "might" have gained some depression weight in the last few months before my deployment last year... Embarassed  So since i have been here i have started a really great work out routine and strict diet which has helped me lose 24 pounds!! (in 8 months) but this last 10-15 pounds is being really stubborn.. So i wish you the best and hope that we all make our goals!

Beginning Weight: 146  5ft 7 1/2 in

MOTIVATION: To look fabulous for my husband when i see him in March (for the first time in 10 months)

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Eat 4 times a day (2 meals, 2 snaks), keep the calories under 1500, eat WAY more protein and fiber and keep with my 5X a week workout plan!!!

I would love to join this group! I have had some issues with staying on tract and I'm trying desperately now to lose about 15-20 pounds and tone up the extra "meaty" areas..lol!!! I am getting married in a little over 5 months on the beach in florida and I want to look my absolute best while I'm down there. I would love to get feedback on different exercise routines and "delicious" health food choices. I don't really look at this change as a diet per say but a change in the right direction to live healthier!! I hope to hear some helpful replies and wish everyone the best of luck in your goals!!!

Helooo everybody ! Nice to meet you all here !! I am 5' ..I am so short !! and my current weight is 117lbs..I was 150lbs 2 years ago..hahaha..but I am changed now..my problem is that I have a big legs !! but my upper body is OK.. >"<

Food/fitness : Eat as many times as I want but in a very small portion and most of my snacks are fruit. treadmill 4 times a week for 20 minutes. Brisk walk everyday for 20 minutes!

Starting a little late, but I'm in!

Goal weight: 108

Motivation: Lose the weight that I put on over the last two years, the muscle I gained from track then stopped running and it all kind of turned to fat. I want to lose the weight before I go to college, and I want to go to a modeling open call (its been a dream of mine, figured why not? :]) Also, I want to look good for holiday vacations.

Food/Fitness goal for this week: Eating fruits/veggies throughout the day, eating every 2-3 hours, aerobic exercise for an hour.

I have to admit that my eating over the weekend has been terrible, which is (hopefully) the reason that I have gone up, albeit only slightly.  I have kept going with the exercise and can't really do any more than I am, so I really have to work on my food intake.
