Hi Everyone! Glad to see so many people check in last Monday - hope there are lots of us again this week - it's really great motivation to read about how everyone else is doing.
Goal weight: 130
Motivation: Lose that last bit of weight before starting to try for a baby!
Food/Fitness goal for this week: Do 3 runs from the "Couch to 5k" running program. Show some restraint at dinner tonight (it's my birthday dinner but not my last meal ever, so 'enjoy but go easy'...) and make sensible choices for the rest of the week.

Today I'm down to 135.5, so I'm getting somewhere. I've been distracted by the Maryland Rennaissance Festival this month and last, so once it's over, I'll be able to re-commit myself to going at this full speed. Hopefully I'll break below the 130 mark before November hits. Most likely it will be in November that I go below 130, but we'll see. I haven't weighed less than 130 in over 6 years. I'll be so excited when I finally get there.

Well, here we are at the finish line... My weight goal was 115 by October 26th (today!!)... I haven't really got that far, but I did loose, so I can say the group weigh in worked for me... Thanks to everyone! And good luck to all for your future goals. I will be joining the group with goal on 4th of December now, trying to be "perfect" for Christmas!!
