Ive been working my butt off working out and eating right and nothing. I didn't lose anything!!! I didn't gain either but still. It's just so frustraiting when everyone around me is losing weight and I can't seem to. Im losing all my motivation.
How long have you been at it?
I've been working out and watching what I eat since mid March. I started CC last week. I have lost about 7lbs since then but it seems to have stalled. I know it takes a while but its aggrivating
When I first started I didn't see any results at first and being heavy my whole life I couldn't imagine me losing weight anyway and wanted to give up but I kept with it and pushed myself and soon started seeing results. Stick with it and don't give up!
What are your stats? If you're already at a good weight for your height and with a body fat % of between 18 and 25% then your set and your body is comfortable where its at and that'll make further loss harder.
That said, have you tried taking your measurements? Sometimes weight remains the same but measurements decrease which is a good thing cuz it means you're building lean muscle and losing fat.
Keep at it. Patience is the hardest part of getting fit!
