Ehh.. don't worry about it :) You'll do better tomorrow! Maybe do an extra workout or something to make up for it.
I finished off the bad of chips the other day. I know how you feel!
Put those things to use and get moving - they're a good pre-workout snack! Peanuts to help keep you full, and sugar in chocolate to give you energy.
That, or just take it as a little splurge and eat healthy the next few days. Have a lighter dinner, like soup and salad. It'll even out, no worries, hun. :)

lol. every girl needs some chocolate. lol. and its not gonna be the end of the world. In fact they say that if you increase your daily calorie amounts a couple hundred calories once a week that it will stimulate your metabolism. so just consider that as you doing yourself a favor (the glass is always have full when it comes to chocolate! )

WELL WERE THEY DELICIOUS? WAS IT WORTH EVERY CALORIE? THERE ARE ROUGHLY 180 CALORIES IN 16 PIECES OF THIS CANDY... SO HONESTLY, I DON'T THINK YOU ATE TOO TOO MANY CALORIES FROM THESE CANDIES. MAYBE 300 TO 400... BUT THAT COULD BE CONSIDERED A DESSERT OR SNACK...
