Single serving of Pumpkin Pie
| 1/4 | cup egg beaters |
| 1/4 | cup evaporated milk |
| 3/4 | cup pumpkin |
| 1/8 | tsp cloves |
| 1/8 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp vanilla |
| 2 | T Splenda |
- Whisk together egg beaters and evaporated milk. Add 3/4 cup pumpkin and mix well.
- Add cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla, mix together.
- Add Splenda and mix.
- Spray microwave-safe dish with Pam.
- Pour pumpkin mixture in dish and cover with waxed paper.
- Microwave for 5 minutes at the #8 power setting.
