So for lunch I splurged just a little and went to the Hard Rock Cafe. They don't have calories anywhere on their menu, in store or online so I'm having a hard time deciding what to guess my calories were.
Here's what I had:
* Side salad with onions, tomato and balsamic vinagerette on the side. I used about 2 tbs of dressing and ate about half the salad.
* Chicken Club sandwhich, light mayo, lettuce, tomato and no cheese, no bacon. The bread was relatively thin (not a big roll) and I ripped off all the over hanging bread. I ate about 3/4 of the sandwhich. Chicken was probably half a breast.
* Side of broccoli instead of fries. I ate about 1/2 a cup. (I sooo wanted fries, but I was strong!)
I was chatting a lot during lunch, so eating very slowly and was full very fast. So I'm happy I at least walked away satisfied.
How would you determine calories on this?
Thanks! :)
I'm estimating about 200 for all your sides and 300 for your sandwich, depending on how much mayo there was. But I've never been to HRC beofre, so I'm not sure. That is based on the standard sizes in my experiences.
You could try just finding each item you ate separately on CC. It won't be exact, but it will give you a nice ballpark estimate.
Do you know of a good indoor electric grill?
