I guess I should introduce myself
I'm Benedict.
I'm a total junk food addict and my diet is worse than anyone I know, the only reason I'm not 250lbs is because of my metabolism, smoking and caffine, plus i used to do sports in my youth. I'm not kidding, I know people that eat far better than I do and weigh 100lbs more.
Anyway. I'm trying to lose about 10-15lbs of fat and put on about 35lbs of muscle.
That's my goal.

Yeah that is me at 145 lbs. It's def not me with 35 lbs of muscle though...
