Guess what I did today . . .
I got my butt out of bed at 4:45 AM and went to they gym before work! A first ever! I thought I'd be feeling tired because of getting up so early, but its the complete opposite! Ive got to do this more often!

I LOVE GOING TO THE GYM BEFORE WORK.... granted when that alarm goes off i feel like kicking the life out of it... but when i leave the gym and don't have to worry about working out again... or when i don't feel sluggish like everybody else seems to at work... i am so grateful for that annoying beep!
As an aside, I hit the gym at the typical after work time (around 5:30) I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN. Worst work out I ever had; I spent most of my time milling around waiting for the squat rack and bench then fighting through masses of people. GRRRR
that's what time I was awake too! I workout at home though, but it still felt great!!
You guys are so motivated! I can't function at all in the morning. If I tried to run the treadmill or lift weights that early I'd end up crashing through the window or dropping a dumbbell on my toe! Congrats though! You should be proud of yourself for deciding to do something and then doing it.
WOW. I have nothing but the utmost respect for you guys...my problem is getting up as well, but moreso because it's linked to how late I go to bed. How do you go to bed at 9:00p or 10:00p? (or do you not?)
i tell myself i am going to go to bed by 11 latest... but it never happens... i've never needed much sleep.. i think the most sleep i've gotten in one night in the last 10 years is like 6 hrs.. i usually function on 4 or 5.. i mean on wkends i like to sleep until 10 am... but i get in at 3 ... in bed by 330 ... asleep by 4 and usually wake up for 20 minutes here and there...
I've read that if you don't sleep 8 hrs a night it could make you gain weight! So go to sleep!
hahaha it hasn't effected me thus far... people probably say that because if you sleep more you eat less hahaha
I get up about 6 to workout and yes! it makes me feel so much better!!! It also gets sooo much easier!!! You'll have some days that are easier than others but you have to stay consistant!!! It will take about 21 days before you can do it w/no problems so keep it up and hang in there!
Now... It's time to go to bed! LOL!!! ; ) (but seriously, go to bed as soon as you possibly can! That will help!
good luck!
