And no, you dont have to feel guilty about it for it to be guilty pleasure in this scenario -
I still eat chocolate and I love ice cream. NOT the diet, low fat, no sugar added stuff.
Real, full fat, yummy flavored, ice cream.
Peanut Butter
McDonald's soft serve ice cream cones and sometimes their caramel sundaes. no redeeming value!! I have eaten at least one a week since I started losing weight in April. The cones are supposedly only 150 calories but they vary so much in size depending on who makes them, and I suspect that they are usually more like 200 calories.
I wish I hated chocolate. Cry
But I simply can't resist the urge to reach over and eat a whole bar of it.

Icecream and chocolate!

MMmm... but I get Dreyer's Slow churned Light icecream. Which is technically "diet" icecream- but no one can tell the difference. And the best variety in flavours. I usually have 1/2 cup- 1 cup a day, I just make sure to stay within my calories and always measure the stuff. Otherwise I eat healthy throughout the day.

As for chocolate- I can't keep pieces of chocolate in the house. It's so easy to keep eating them because stuff like hershey kisses or nuggets are small and don't feel you up. BUT every once in a while I may have a chocolate bar and just make sure to stay within my calories. I also keep luna bars in the house for easy on the go snacks. I keep the chocolate peppermint stick, peanut butter cookie, caramel nut brownie and cookies and cream flavours. Those usually satisfy my sweet tooth.

ice cream, pudding, peanut butter. i eat modified versions though. tofutti vegan ice cream), zensoy vegan pudding, and pb2 lowfat peanut butter. i found it's easier to get healthy versions than to cut them out entirely, and i can thoroughly enjoy them without feeling bad.
It may sound ridiculous, but I love grilled ham and cheese sandwiches.  I like them so much that I actually simulate them now by toasting bread and giving it a lite spray of pam.  Then putting two slices of deli ham and one swiss single on them and nuking it in the microwave...pretty sad I know but it saves at least 120 calories
Philly cheesesteak sandwiches.  Steak Escape will be the death of my arteries, but it's so worth it.  I hope I die with one of their sandwiches in my stomach.
Regarding the grilled cheese, my daughter would make them in a electric sandwich maker (looks like a mini waffle iron) and the outside bread gets crispy but I bet with some pam, it be even crispier.

Funny how as dieters, guilty pleasures have to earn the title and if they do, congratulations to them for being worthy :D.  As dieters, we can be picky about our splurges.  My daughter cant understand how why I wont try what she asks but then I will make an exception for the occasional item.  Its such a personal decision whats worthy.

For me its the rare occasion but I envy those who can incorporate guilty pleasures into their diet plan with less risk then I of abandoning ship.
PIZZA!  I make it myself now but still hear the pizzeria call my name each time I pass it.  If I have time (and the extra cals for the day) I make an actual crust, but usually just use a wheat "flat out" wrap as the crust with sauce, extra light cheese and turkey pepperoni.  Then I eat a huge salad with it and I've cured my pizza craving for a few more days.  I have had to completely cut chocolate out because that is something that leads to lack of control for me.  Once I have had one piece I will have serious cravings for more and more until I get it.  In my "past life" I would eat 2-3 chocolate bars per day!!  UGH, makes me sick to think about it now!!  I guess my other thing would be peanut butter as well, but I also have switched to PB2 and don't know what I'd be doing without it because I LOVE peanut butter too much to just cut down, I eat it daily.
Ice cream. I'm not picky at all, though. The Splenda, no sugar added types work great for me. I have some almost every day. (I love McD's cones too!)
An almond snickers bar on days that I burn 1000 - 2000 calories cycling.  I like the taste better than clif/powerbar/balance energy bars and it provides energy during long rides.

Cheez Whiz.  (I refuse to buy cheez whiz light... ick!)

Every once in a while, I just need hot toast with Cheez Whiz.

=^..^= MOLLY

Cheese is my biggest weakness. I try to eat stronger cheeses (bleu/goat/feta) so I can use less.

Chocolate (although, I have switched to high quality expensive chocolate, which helps me not eat so much)  I eat one small square every day.

French fries - the HG suggestion of using butternet squash sometimes just won't cut it - sometimes just gotta have McD's.  Only have these rarely  - about once a month to six weeks

Pizza - it's easy to control portions and nutrition with thin crust, so I have this more often - about twice a month.  More if we're talking the South Beach versions that are only 340 cals each.

Sugary cereal... Usually I add Splenda to something healthy, but sometimes I need Corn Pops or chocolate Lucky Charms ;)

Oh and peanut butter, that's a problem for me...
french fries, ice cream, brownies (well, anything chocolate really), PB, and pizza.

I actually make my own pizza now using flat out wraps and its only like 200-250 calories depending on what I add to it, so its not really a guilty pleasure
Anything I fancy as long as it fits into my daily calories that I have alotted. Otherwise I find I just crave whatever it is so much I end up binging crazily and really ruining my diet. I balance it out though, if I eat a lot of crap one day I will eat very healthily the next, and I have at least 5-6 servings of fruit and veg a day.
real beer! not light. microbrews or homebrewed. india pale ale. YUM!!!!!
