I can't seem to drag myself into the gym anymore. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I've been. I don't have the motivation and I'm so tired by the time I get home from work, that the thought of going makes me even more tired. I have been dragging myself outside to run or I'll do a workout video at least 3 to 4 days a week. I don't know how to get myself back into my routine. I need to go, and I want to go but my motivation seems to be lost right now.

I am just glad to know that someone else has fizzled on the gym visits. I was going to the gym 6 out of 7 days. Then last week, I did not even show up at the gym once. I truly do not undrstand it myself.
