i recently discovered something amazing from ipod+nike. if you go to Itunes and under music there will be a nike playlist. You can download these work out mixes and they are about 45 minutes each. The music is amazing and it's like having a trainer in your ear. He guides you through a treadmill work out using High Intensity Interval Training. Highly recommended.

I downloaded the 'OkGo' treadmill training at it is AWESOME. It's worth ever penny of the $15 it cost.
