If you have time to dally on the forums, to piss around on the computer, to check up on people's journals, to lurk and stalk and check out profile pics (don't lie I know you do), if you have time to watch bad TV, to find out what beer Obama drank at the beer 'summit' last night, you have time to go to the gym!

Get your your lushy tush and your flabby abs out there, and on that treadmill! Go on! Off to the gym with you, where it's temperature controled and you have no legitimate excuses. Go! Scat!

(This is more for me than any of you. I needed a swift kick in the pants. Even if it was from myself.)

I love it. When I read the title I was like who is this person thinking they are trying to tell me what to do.

But I love this post becuase this is exactly what I said to myself when I decided to get started. I would sit on the bed all night playing video games and eating about 3 bags of chips, and not the small 1 oz bags. I'm talking some huge 12 oz bags.

So I'm coming with you.... 1 hour cardio, 30 minutes weight training? Whatdaya say?

THANK YOU! I am always full of excuses but in reality none of them are valid! I am going to read this everytime I get online before I go to the gym so I can get my fat ass up and on the elliptical!!!

haha. i was just about to walk out the door to head off to the gym and realized my ipod is not charged. thought i would jump on here while it charged up and this post made me laugh and motivated me! thanks. 

Today I thought, you know what? I went to the gym yesterday. I should be fine. Then I remembered your article, and while lying in bed I told myself to get my fat ass up and go to the gym! And now I'm back and I feel GREAT.
