Is it better to go to the gym the same time every day, or to stagger the times when you go....   Right now  I go Night-Morning-Night-Morning ect...  I was also wondering On the days I go Night-Morning   Is there enought recovery time when I sleep

It depends what kind of workout you're doing.  If you work your upper body in the night, then lower body in the morning, that's OK because you are giving upper and lower muscle groups 24 hours of rest between workouts.  Doing cardio morning and night is fine.  Going the same time every day is good for keeping yourself in a routine.

It varies with what you're doing and who you are. In general, when you're doing night-to-morning I think your recuperation time is a little low for resistance training and to randomly vary training patterns is potentially an added stress on your system.

At your age, your body can handle almost anything you throw at it in terms of training stress so it won't make much of a difference to your results, but if you're a competitive athlete with the razor-thin margins between victory and defeat "not much of a difference" can still be significant.

If you're not training for a competition though, I don't think you'll see much of a difference in practical terms, except that to have a variable and adjustable schedulde might make it easier to stick to the program in the long run.

thanks, both of you.... just wanted to know if i was missing out on something
