Gyno? Or Just chest fat...
I'm 5'9" and about 157 lbs. I have been dieting and i used to weigh 210. The only thing that concerns me right now is my chest. U can see my chest fat through my shirt and its embarrassing. I seriously want it to go away. Should it be gone already? Is it Gyno? Look at these pics and tell me what you all think.

Hmm. I don't see the fat you're talking about. Maybe you're just being too critical of yourself. Do some strength traiing to tone up a bit and I bet you'll like the way you look and feel. Btw, what is Gyno???
yikes dude...... little on the obsessive side there.....
i guess so. i guess i just want this fat to be gone. it'll go away though.
do some bench presses. what you're seeing is jus the difference of skin from 212 - 157. (good job on that BTW!!)
seriously tho. you dont have moobs, just do some bench presses and put some muscle behind the loose skin.
other than that your lukn good my friend :)
I'll be 100% honest with you...I don't see any more fat/skin/breast tissue than I would expect to find on just about any normal male at a healthy weight. You look great--I wouldn't never look at you and think "man boobs" or chest fat at all.
Have to agree with everyone. I see no "man boobs" (thanks lena! lol) at all. Congrats on your weight loss. You are there my man!
You look great! No need to worry at all. The only male chests I've seen with much less flesh than that was on guys so skinny that all you see is breastbone. That's not a good look. No, you look good.
what do you mean by gyno?
Gyno is male breast enlargement (moobs, puffy nipples, man boobs) - as in Gynecomastia - a pretty normal and common occurance in pre-teens, teens and young adult males.
Zack you don' t have gyno. You've done a great job of losing the excess weight and I think you can now safely gain some muscle weight if you are interested in filling out or toning up.
Yeah, I think you have some sort of hyper sensativity thing going on because I don't see any fat. Your chest just looks like a normal man's chest to me and you're actually on the thin side.
As a surgery nurse, I have seen "gyno", as you term it, plenty of times, & you absolutely do not have any fat visible in your photos, much less gyno. Further, when my husband was alive, he had your same stats and was a triatheloner, yet you look even thinner than he was; I always thought my husband was too thin & often appeared haggard. Put some muscle behind your young elastic skin & you will like what you see. You have nothing to be worried or ashamed about, just righteous pride in a job well done!
