Hi. I'm recovering from an ED.

LW: 84

CW: 88-89

GW: 105-110

 And today I ate:

Breakfast: 2 Egg whites (I hate the taste of yolk)
A bowl of oatmeal
A serving of Cracklin Oat Bran cereal

Snack: Peach
Sargento's Natural Light Cheese stick

Lunch: 1/2 box of Ice Cream
2 Bags of Maple Nut Goodies (peanut candies)
1/2 box Special K Vanilla Almond
1/2 box Cracklin Oat Bran
3 Ice Cream Sandwiches

Exercise: Watching TV

Last night, while trying to sleep, I kept thinking: I'm so tired of worrying about calories and food. I'm so tired of guilt. I want to eat what I want. I'm done with this. I'm 15 years old. I'm enjoying life.

I know this is the wrong way to do it. I'm not going to eat tubs of ice cream everyday. (Especially because I feel slightly nauseous LOL). But I just needed this. I'm happy today. Despite the woozy stomach.

How's your life?

Aw, wow! AMAZING!  =D I'm really proud of you! It's a huge relief, isn't it? Just being able to let go.

GO YOU!

Thank you so much! ^_^

I hope others who are struggling can do that same. =)

It's a wonderful feeling. Although, I'm still worried and guilty in the back of my head. =

UPDATE: for dinner I had:
5 oz turkey
1 tomato
2 string cheeses
3/4 an entire loaf of homemade, dense chewy bread.

Please excuse me, I have some more 'exercise' to do ;)
(AKA my favorite show's on)

wow i am so proud of you, because you are making amazing progress.  seriously good for you.  and if ice cream is what you temporarily need, you have to do what you have to do.  good job.  you should be extremely proud of yourself.
