...in one sitting. I feel crappy. Oh, and did I mention that they were extra yummy because I mixed in a giant bag of M&Ms?
I am SO mad at myself that I skipped going to the gym right after work like usual, and now it's too late because I have an obligation this evening.
It's a double whammy...sugar overload and skipped workout.
On days like this it is harder to like myself.
its okay, theres always a fresh start tomorrow. and at least rice krispie treats are better then lets say, a chocolate cake or something.
I hear they are less calories when you eat two halves instead of one whole ![]()
I have a problem with binging. I could easily down 3 trays of rice krispie treats anytime. But something I learned (very painfully), is that tomorrow is another day. Even now, after I binge, I still feel like poop. But at least the calories won't count for tomorrow = new start.
