Half way there!
I can't believe I stepped on the scale today to see that I'm down 31lbs!! And that puts my BMI down from obese to overweight!
When I began dieting I originally wanted to lose 30lbs for my friends wedding in August. After losing 10lbs or so I thought to myself, if I can lose 30lbs for Jenni, I might as well go all the way and lose 60lbs for myself!
I am a Chef and Cheese Specialist who has always been overwieght and have just always thought that's how I am and it wasn't going to change but since I've started this journey I've become a better person and a better chef. I truely mean it when I say that if I can do it, anyone can!
Congratulations to you!!! How exciting realizing that you have the power to change your life.
Good luck on your continued journey.
Hooray for you!! Working in a food environment and having the results you have truly shows what an accomplishment this is. You have a lot to be proud of! Realizing you can have that healthy relationship with food and still loose weight is much of the battle. Congratulations!
Wow Gratz! I am very proud of you.
Great job on deciding to have healthy lifestyle for yourself, & good luck with all your goals.

Congratulations to you! And keep up all of the HARD work that you have already started to move toward a healthy weight range.
You are insprirational - I'm anxious and closing in on the day that I can cross over from obese to overweight.
Great job! Cheese is one of my favorite foods, and is probably behind many of my plateaus; having to work with it and still manage to lose that weight is quite a victory. I remember what a thrill it was to realize that my BMI was no longer in the obese range; keep up the good work!
Wow. Congratulations! I know that's especially hard when you truly love food/cooking/baking and have to cook and bake. I cook and bake lots and lots, but at least one strategy I can use is to bake less (tho I hate that).
Keep up the great work and keep us posted!
Woot Woot! Good work. I can't wait until I can join you in the overweight club. I have 4 more pounds to go.
Try adapting your recipes for use with Splenda; I have a cousin who tries it in everything and a lot of her recipes turn out pretty good. Or there are a lot of recipes that use applesauce or other low cal low fat substitutions for eggs, butter, oil, and other calorie adders; try some of those out and start finding out what you like.
Good for you. I can remeber that major step in my weightloss journey. 66 pounds later and I am just a few pounds from healthy. Keep it going
Jennifer, wow! congrats to you, too!
