Recipe Ingredients for Halibut Olympia

6 oz halibut
2 tbsp. fat free sour cream
1/2 oz parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. onion
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Halibut Olympia

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Finely chop the green onion and grate parmesan cheese. Lay halibut into a baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Coat with light sour cream, sprinkle on onions. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
