So I got a whooole bunch of halloween candy last night of course. One or 2 pieces a day is okay, right? I mean, OBVIOUSLY you don't eat it all in a day...

iii would sayyy.. that it depends on wat size the candy iss but yeah! one or two.. thatll be my goal also..

gotta

****, i ate half of mine in a matter of an hour.

chocolate, crispy wafers, and peanut butter OH MY

might i add that i'm lactose intolerant, so my stomach hates me :D

lol, I wish I had enough self-control around candy to be able to treat myself 1-2 pieces a day. I ate practically everything I had (that was worth eating, anyway) last night!

1-2 pieces is a perfect moderation. :]

Ha! Tell that to a 7 year old girl! ha ha ha! (Yea, that was me when I was seven - EAT IT ALL IN ONE DAY!!!)... Then again I am an ALL or NOTHING girl, which is why I am a nothing girl right now when it comes to candy! That is right - NO candy every day! Works wonders on keeping the weight where it should be! ha ha!

But since NOT EVERYONE is like me, 1 to 2 pieces a day is just fine, just be sure it is a candy you really like, and not something semi-good!

One or two pieces is enough to send me into a feeding frenzy.  I have not, and I repeat, not had any.  I asked my roommate to take the rest that wasn't given out to work with him.  He did.  That was my Halloween salvation.  My weight loss is the most important goal happening in my life right now.  I dreaded yesterday, but I got through it just fine.  I only have tomorrow to look forward to, and I don't need to compensate for what I did yesterday or today Laughing.  So, I'm smiling tonight as I lost 1 lb since yesterday!  I'm sure that I will have those moments where I don't care, but for at least yesterday and today, I am too important to myself to backslide after all this hard work.  (I know, I've disappointed the Great Pumpkin, Charilie Brown).
