What are you going to be for Halloween? :)

I want to hear what everyone is dressing up as!  And what are your plans... ? :)

A lumberjack! I'm going trick or treating (20 isn't too old for free candy) and then to a party afterwards. No calorie counting planned

Good!  I hear candy calories don't count on holidays ;)

I'm going as a Witch, my hubby is dressing up as Warlock, and we're dressing my puppy up as a pumpkin.  No major plans yet, though!  Lol...

My boyfriend and I are going as Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian. We're probably going to hit the bar scene. I'm so excited! :)

I'm totally stuck! i have 3 ideas, help me out

1. Homeless person: probably some really ratty sweatpants and sweatshirt with the cutoff gloves, and a cardboard sign that i wear over my head that says "The end is near" or something along those lines.

2. Cavegirl: not slutty, but the only girly option. its essentially a fur dress i'll wear with a caveman club thing.

3. Max: From Where the Wild Things Are. footie pajamas, gold crown, tail.

I vote for the cave girl costume. Max sounds fun and original, but it might get really hot and uncomfortable, depending on where you're going. I remember hating to sleep in those pajamas when I was little because I would get hot. The homeless person sounds like something I would wear around the house on the weekends.. haha! But maybe that's just me.

Edited to say: That doesn't mean it's a bad idea. It's a really funny one, especially with the sign. I think what it means is I need to start dressing a little better on the weekends!

once, I got this hideous giant dress and I shoved 3 pillows under it for boobs, gut and butt. I rubbed dirt all over me and the dress, mussed my hair, wore a sock on one foot and an old ugly shoe on the other foot, and took all my stuff to school in plastic grocery bags.

I was a bag lady. hahahaha

this year I"m gonna be pocahontas. we are haivng a gator party for the fla/ga game, then we are going to the neighbors party and then cul-de-sac hopping (each in the neighborhood has a group of adults partying)

The fiance and I are being 2 band members from KISS. (we need to find two more people to join with us!)

I'm not going anywhere, but I do plan on being a pirate.  I have a striped shirt (Michael Kors.. go figure! ha) and an eye patch from when I scratched my eye SO bad that it was infected and just not a pretty sight for people to see, and black gauchos.. so I'm going to be a pirate and sit on my couch watching scary movies.

I am also going to devour an entire little ziplock baggie filled with 300 calories of candy corn.  OMG.

I don't have children so I don't have to worry about the amount of candy lying around the house!  But I know at work we'll be overloaded!

The good thing is I'm not really tempted by candy - but if they were throwing in pints of ice cream, I'd be in trouble :p

I'm going as a vampire... I know, I know, real original, huh?  I was at a loss of what to be and I was looking thru costumes and I found one I liked - it's sort of a goth dress type thing, then I added fangs and red contacts.

I was a roller derby girl last year, with a short skirt and knee and elbow pads, tats and painted on bruises, etc..  I liked that costume a little more because it was fairly original, and it was cute and fun to put together... However no one knew what I was supposed to be LOL.  People might get it a little more this year since the movie Whip It came out.

Oh yeah, and I am going to a costume party at a friend's house.

im going to wear a black dress and leggings and boots and rat my hair as big as possible and put little spiders and/or rats in it and on my clothes and do some alice cooper eye makeup and go trick or treat with bf and his 5yo girl. no biggie but it will be our first halloween together with her.

I usually don't dress up b/c I stay home and hand out candy.  I DO however dress my dogs up.  Zoe, my australian terrier, will be a lady bug and Marni, my min poodle, is going to be a little pink piggy (appropriate for her!).

I wanna dress my dog up now...

I have no plans this year for Halloween, but last year we entered the rescue dogs in a costume contest.  We did a barnyard theme.  Three Chihuahua's were little pigs.  We took two black and tan Chihuahua's as cows and two Yorkie's were baby chicks.  Several other rescues participated with themes.  Several Dachshunds were hot dogs and lots of Pugs were lady bugs.

i have the perfect retro housewife dress, which i got for free from one of my friends. xD

I am tossing around a couple of ideas, but my favourite so far is dressing up  "sick as a dog" - wear a bathrobe, have kleenex's and cough medicine sticking out of the pockets, thermometer in your mouth and add dog ears, nose and tail. 

I'm going to be a school girl vamp.   Actually I was already for my company party (pics are posted in the gallery) and I am going to wear it again to work on the 31st and a vegan party after. 

I know its not a truly original idea but the entire outfit came from my closet all I needed was the $7 worth of make up.

I'm dressing up as a pin up! I'm pretty excited about it! And my boyfriend and I have a wedding to go to and the reception is a costume party!
