What Halloween Indulgence have you had today?
.... or have you been really good and avoided it all together?? I was seriously tempted by all the halloween dunkin donuts, successfully avoided that, and succumbed to half of a butterfinger fun size bar. Oh well you gotta have a treat every now and then!
what about you?
There are bowls of halloween candy dispersed throughout work - I've had a couple of bite size Twix, two Milky Ways, and a Snickers.
Tootsie rolls
i've had a bigger sized tootsie roll and a giant cupcake frosted with candy corn! Oh well, it's Halloween!
I haven't cheated yet, but I plan to drink heavily tonight. And, I'll have to eat a big dinner in order to do so without...well, let's just say, I'm a serious lightweight.
I haven't had anything. I realized I don't like most candy enough for it to be worth the calories to me- what a revalation! Plus, if I have one, I will not be satisfied...it will just whet my appetite.
I'm planning on having a dessert that I actually like tonight.
A halloween cupcake with lunch :)
last night was trick or treat night in my town, and i had a fun size twix, fun size butterfinger crisp, some starbursts, a caramel apple lollipop, and i also made some scrumptious cookies yesterday :). which i've had three of today already, hahaaa.
DONT COME ANY CLOSER OR THE TOOTSIE ROLL DIES!!!!!!
Too late....
LOL!!
At school, my french teacher baked us pumpkin shaped sugar cookies with sprinkles, I had two of those. And we had a mini party during fitness class. I had some celery sticks and carrots. That was okay, but after, I ate more than 5 fun-sized packs of skittles, 3 sour skittle packs, and 5 starbursts. Oh, and I had three tootsie pops. I love tootsie pops! :)
A couple of squares of chocolate, half a dunkin donut, a biscotti, and a big 7 layer cookie. The night is still young.
i just had my first baby kitkat.
Well honestly I've been DYING for candy corn. I love the stuff, but we don't have any here. :(
So I did make a cake for the family to enjoy. I'm going to treat myself to 1 slice (maybe 2) as it has almost been 2 months since I have ate anything considered "bad." Then it's back to being normal. I shouldn't gain more then a pound or two and if I go back to normal eating it should go back down within 1 week or 2 weeks. Now Thanksgiving is going to be a challenge.....:/
Oh man....just noticed that my fiance has peanut butter kisses in the refrigerator....eeeeeek.
Had two pieces of cake over my daily cals. Eh..could have been worse.
I've been good thus far...eaten great and everything, but I'm going to a Halloween party in a bit and I'm dreading the amount of beer/cookies/candy that will be there. *sighs* I should have a snack now to fill me up, but I'm afraid when I get to the party I won't be able to resist, and then I'll kick myself for that extra 200-calorie snack before the party.
Hm.
I've had a couple of mini twizzlers a reese's cup and a tootsie roll... i counted every calorie and managed to stay well within my range! :-D
i did really good considering i binged last year on halloween. this year i just had a mini (like 50 cal) chocolate with breakfast, funsize m&ms with lunch. then for halloween i walked around with my friends but i didnt bring a bag so i just got candy and gave it to them which i think made them happy. the one thing i wanted was the regular bag of m&ms but nobody even had it so i bought one at the video store. that was my treat and it was good, even though i had to BUY it on freakin HALLOWEEN hahaha.
Today I had a fun size Baby Ruth bar and an Almond Joy. Yesterday I was helping bake for my friend's Halloween party... and had four cookies (oatmeal dark chocolate chip, amazing), a fun size starburst, and a macaroon. >> But I hadn't eaten a lot earlier and we played DDR like crazy people on expert level, so it's okay. Especially when the scale says I mysteriously lost a pound overnight. I think might I need a new scale. XD
^Almond Joys=amazing. I cannot resist Almond Joys.
Halloween party last night, so I estimate going waaaaay over my cal limit. Then I superindulged on chocolate and cheesecake this morning, but strangely I'm not freaking out. It was definitely worth it, and the deficit I've had all week balances it out.
Brush it off and keep going. :)
You know I actually thought I was going to do pretty good, seeing as I'm not a candy addict. Instead I just ate the worst foods possible...
Yesterday sort of went like this: veggie nuggets, a large order of McDonald's fries, and an eggplant parm grinder. The grinder was at 4 am non-the less.
Oh, and how could I forget the rum.
Yea, I pretty much feel like crap.
i ate two baby kitkats, two coffee crisps, and two little boxes of smarties (i only regret the last - smarties are for kids), for a total of 400 calories.
the real dilemma is what to do with the 40 or so bars i have left. i was giving them out by the handful, but i only had about 15 trick-or-treaters. i'll see how the self-discipline goes through the weekend, and if it's not working, i'll give them away on monday.
