Hamstrings ... cellulite ... tired legs

I noticed today that I have significant cellulite on the back of my upper legs. I didn't notice this before but *did* know that it is the part of me that gets tired quickest. Also, before I lost weight gave me that "tired leg syndrome" feeling every night.

Now since I have lost the weight, the tired leg thing is  mostly gone and the size of my legs is greatly reduced ... but that part of my leg is still underdeveloped, weak and cellulite-ish.  It doesn't look as good as I would hope in shorts.

Please tell me good exercises (preferably without a gym) I can do to workout, strengthen and tone up this hamstring area.

Cycling and running did it for me - I haven't ever set foot in a gym and after a few months my hamstrings are made of steel. :P

Pilates has a whole section of leg exercises that are pretty good too, and you could also start doing squats and lunges to build up strength.
